    Go to doxy.me and sign up for a free account. There are paid account tiers, and you may find you'll want the features available on those, but to set up the system we're describing, free is fine.

  • Copy Waiting Room link

    Once you've signed up with doxy.me, you'll get to your dashboard. Copy the Waiting Room link.

  • Sign up with TimeTap

    Sign up for a free 30-day trial of TimeTap (it's a subscription service that's well worth the small monthly fee).

  • Paste doxy.me link as the "Location"

    Since you'll be meeting your patients in your doxy.me portal, paste that link as the "Location".

  • Set up staff & sync calendar

    This step is the glue that holds it all together. Sync TimeTap with your existing calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) so that your patients will have an updated availability list.

  • Share TimeTap scheduling link

    Copy that TimeTap scheduling link and share it! Put it on your website, send it out via email, use it in a social campaign to attract new patients!
